Since its creation in 1994,
the Little Lamb Club has developed into a Florida Pathfinder organization.
Its goal is to develop interpersonal relationships between the Little
Lambs and their leader and to enable the leader to lead through the power
of example, in order to shape lives and prepare the Little Lambs for
induction into the Eager Beaver Club.
